List of foods to avoid below.

When you suffer from acid reflux the food you eat plays a big part in it.Here are some of the foods to avoid !!!!.

Its a pretty scary list all my favorites now I know these are impossible to give up for any length of time so the next best thing is to eat them as early as you can in the day before 6.00pm and cut down how often you would have them.

Been a heartburn sufferer for long time and tried loads of recipe books and websites .

The recipes I found were either tasteless or just wouldn't encourage you to spend the time making them .

Then I finally found a book that I would recommend, this book list foods to avoid and even mentions other treatments to try as well as some tasty recipes and is great value for money.

The name of the book is Eating for Acid Reflux: A Handbook and Cookbook for Those with Heartburn

Avoid all fatty and greasy foods as much as possible.

French fries

Fried chicken ! fried everything from what i have learned.

Alcohol especially wine

I know its a nightmare for me too I love all the above .I will ad to this list in the future.
